Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase from B-Bless Collections. If you're not completely satisfied, you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn, unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

How to start a return
Contact us at redrockjg@gmail.com with your order number. If your return is approved, we'll email you a prepaid return shipping label along with instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return can't be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can make it right.

Non-returnable items
Gift cards, final-sale items, and custom or personalized orders can't be returned. If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, reach out before purchasing.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return your original item and, once the return is approved, place a new order for the replacement.

European Union — 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason, no justification needed. The item must still be unworn, unused, with tags and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know whether it's approved. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind your bank or card issuer may need extra time to post the refund. If more than 10 business days have passed since your return was approved and you still haven't seen your refund, contact us at redrockjg@gmail.com.
